Best Restaurant!!

Last night at dinner Parker asked Jeremy, "How much would it cost to buy the best restaurant in the whole world?" Jeremy told him he was not sure. Then Payton said, "I know what restaurant it is, McDonalds!! Parker replied, "No, it is Wendys!!" Funny, I never considered either of those to be "the best restaurant in the whole world!"

Six is not a lot....

Tonight Adrion and some of the other boys were watching a show. One of the commercials was for the Brady Bunch on DVD. As they were watching it, Adrion says, "They are suppose to have a lot of kids, but they only have six. Six is not a lot."

Cats and Dogs

While we were staying at our friend's Ranch in Voca, Texas, we were able to play with many animals. One of which was a black and white Pomeranian dog. While Kaden was playing with her she started to bark. Somewhat confused, Kaden looks at me and says, "Why does that cat bark like a dog?" It took him a while to realize that she really was a dog....LOL!!

Baldness

Yesterday, Kaden was looking at the top of Jeremy's head and asked, "Dad how come your hair fell off of here and is on your chest now?"

Seriously, where did that kid come from?!?!? He makes us laugh ALL the time!

"Totally Fat!"

This morning after Payton ate some Cap'n Crunch he said, "I am not going to eat Cap'n Crunch anymore!" Adrion asked him, "Why?" Payton replied, "Because, I was reading it and it said that is was totally fat!"

HA!HA! What he thought said, "totally fat" was "total fat." Too funny!!

Homebirth

Today a friend of mine told me a funny story. She went on a school field trip with Payton's class to the Log Cabin Museum earlier in the school year. While they were there the workers told them all about being pioneers. One of the stories was about how babies were born at home. The man said that now everyone is born in a hospital. He looked right at Payton and asked, "What hospital were you born in?" Payton's response was, "I was born at home." The man then said, "Of course I picked the one that was born at home!"

Adventures!

While we were at Sea World yesterday, there was one ride that our entire family could go on...Texas Splash down. It is a log ride. So, we all went on it. Kaden was very excited since it was the only ride he was tall enough to go on. Kaden, Adrion, Parker and I were in a log together. As we started the ride Kaden was full of excitement. We started to go up, up, up....as we were going up Kaden said, "We are going on an adventure!" Still with excitement in his voice. Then we got to the top and went down, down, down, down...Kaden started to cry and wanted to get off. I calmed him down and he somewhat enjoyed the rest of the ride. Once we went down the last two little drops and I told him the ride was over, he then said, "I do NOT want to go on another adventure!"

Later that night, we went on the Texas Splash Down again, but Kaden refused to go and stated again, "I am NOT going on an adventure!"
